Pioneer Valley Medical Supplies (PVMS) has dedicated
and diligent personnel whose main focus is to keep up with product development
and the latest trends in medical supplies.
They have an open line of communication with our suppliers. Their work includes constant monitoring of
industry publications, scientific journals and any other data relevant to PVMS
customers. This includes combing both
national and international resources and the mountain of data available on the
Internet. They attend many trade shows
and can evaluate first hand the quality and potential use of products for our
customers.
PVMS encourages feedback from its current customers
and sends out surveys to assess the level of satisfaction with the product
delivered. If the customer does not
send back the written response, we follow up with a phone call or e-mail to
them. We regularly meet with the
hospital staff or nursing home staff to gather their thoughts on our products. This allows us to make any adjustments needed
to a product in an expedited manner.
PVMS is not afraid to learn so we also look at what our competitors are
doing right and wrong.
